Rob Hunt has more than two decades of experience helping plan and execute a wide variety of the world’s largest and most significant events. Rob’s career encompasses a diverse range of senior level management positions focused on the strategic planning, technology and broadcast areas for nine Olympic Games, four Commonwealth Games, three Rugby World Cups, Pan American Games, European Games and numerous international projects and festivals. “Many years of events globally have taught me the importance of embracing the lessons that can be learnt from passed experiences. I hope I never stop learning,” Rob says. Rob has developed a respected and well-documented reputation as a strategic thinker who has solid technical operational, organisational and delivery experience. As Director and Head of Global Advisory of Earthan International Pty Ltd, Rob now focuses on building and leading expert teams to support the global major events industry.

The seed was planted early in Lisa’s career, joining an AV rental company, Lisa was introduced to event production. Honing her planning and execution skills on some of Sydney’s most iconic events. The love of collaboration with multiple stakeholders in planning and the thrill of the execution has led Lisa across a wide range of roles within the major international events sector encompassing both Summer & Winter Olympics, World Cups & Commonwealth Games. Lisa’s capacity to manage the strategic planning, delivery of major projects and events, budgets and financial controls, integration, and operational deliverables has allowed her to establish an outstanding professional track record. Lisa continues to provide strategic planning and operational delivery guidance as Director of Operations for Earthan International’s growing client base.
